2018: Year of Change & Growth.

In January of 2008, Brian McCall opened Platinum Recruiting in Indy. Fast forward to 2018 and we celebrated our 10-year anniversary!

  • In the first 10 years we grew to 5 employees.
  • In the last 10 months we’ve added 4 more people to the Platinum Family!

It’s been an eventful year in many ways, so we’ve been quiet on the blogging front. Before we get back on schedule with sharing helpful and informative (hopefully) content…we thought it would be helpful to provide an update.

Here’s what we’ve been up to:

  1. Launched a brand-new website!

    • Mobile-friendly.
    • Includes Testimonials from clients and candidates that we’ve had the pleasure to work with.
    • Created Case Studies highlighting a successful National Search and Executive Search. More to come here.
  1. Added 4 amazing people to the Platinum Family:

    • Shannon Frey brings significant experience and success to our accounting/finance practice and will help extend our geographical reach.
    • Harry Danz will help take our Retained Executive Search offering to the next level.
    • Corey Newman will play a lead role in continuing to grow and build our Contract/Consulting practice.
    • Sarah Jones is strengthening our recruiting capabilities in multiple areas of our business and will help expand our geographical reach.
  2. Increased Involvement and Partnerships:

    • We are a proud sponsor of IndySHRM and Jon serves on the Board of Directors as Director of Sponsorship.

And…saving the best for last…

We’ve helped 72 people land new career opportunities so far in 2018!

After all, that’s what it’s all about.

The new website, growing the team, being more involved. Those things will help us help more people.
