Joe Mancewicz is an Associate Partner with Platinum Recruiting Group and joined the firm in 2011. Prior to joining the Platinum team, Joe gained over six years of successful experience working in both public and corporate accounting with industry-leading companies. Ted joined the Platinum Recruiting Group team in 2020 as a Senior Recruiting Manager in our Louisville office and specializes in placing top caliber Accounting, Finance and HR professionals ranging from Staff to C-Suite.
Prior to joining Platinum, Ted was a top performer and gained over 8 years experience working as an executive recruiter for national staffing firm. Before transitioning into the staffing industry, Ted spent time as a CFO for a local company in the transportation industry along with gaining several years experience working as a VP & Market Manager for PNC Bank. Ted has a robust network of connections in the Louisville area and his real world business experience has set him apart from the competition in the staffing industry. Ted invests time building long-term relationships with local business leaders and HR executives while managing C-Level suite interactions with regards to areas of talent acquisition, strategic partnerships, and deployment of recruiting strategies.

Michele Hindley is a Talent Acquisition Manager with Platinum Recruiting Group and joined the firm in 2019. Michele supports recruiting for the Contract Staffing & Consulting division along with overseeing our Accounting Support division, which includes direct hire recruiting for all levels of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting positions.
Michele is an IU grad and spent the first 12 years of her career working for national and local staffing firms in roles ranging from recruiting, account management to administration. After taking some time away to raise her two boys and working in front office operation for the Noblesville School District, Michele had a passion to return to the staffing industry and joined the PRG team.
Michele’s strong work ethic and eagerness to help people succeed has allowed her to make an immediate impact at the firm with filling some very difficult search assignments. Her genuine personality also builds rapport and trust quickly with the candidates she represents.
