Rob Lewis is a Director of Recruiting in the Manufacturing & Operations division with Platinum Recruiting Group and joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the PRG team, Rob gained over 10 years of experience in a boutique staffing firm specializing in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Operations with a strong focus in Food & Beverage where he represented clients and candidates from coast to coast.
Rob invests a lot of his time canvassing the market and building relationships with hard-to-find talent who fit the unique hiring requirements of the clients he represents. He has an extremely throughout screening process and the perfect hire is more than a resume that checks all the required boxes – they must also seamlessly fit into an organization’s culture and vision. Through his passion for excellence, industry knowledge, and commitment to the recruiting process, Rob can identify these rare, perfect-fit candidates for his clients.
With Rob’s connections throughout the Midwest and other locations in the U.S., he’s built a deep network of professional contacts and is highly skilled in supporting the unique needs of the clients and candidates he represents.
