What brought you to PRG?
So, if you asked me a year ago, I never would have expected that I would be in recruiting today. I was an auditor at a public accounting firm, and I knew that as soon as the busy season ended, I was going to transition into a financial analysis / corporate accounting role at a new company. I made the switch but quickly realized that I needed to be in a position that involved working with and helping others, not just staring at spreadsheets all day. Luckily for me, Brian McCall had been a family friend for years, and he reached out to me to catch up over coffee one day. I had no intention of leaving my role at the time, but after speaking with Brian and then getting the opportunity to meet all the other amazing PRG team members, I knew it was the right thing to do for me. I have always loved work and appreciated different aspects of each of my previous jobs, but I have never felt happier with my career or more excited to go to work every day than I do now!
If you could learn to do anything what would it be?
I would love to learn how to sew/make my own clothes.
What’s a song that can always pump you up?
Eye of the Tiger
Any favorite line from a movie?
“So, good news…I saw a dog today.” – Buddy the Elf
What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity?
Indoor – I love playing cards with friends and family, euchre is my favorite! Outdoor – It is difficult for me to pick one outdoor thing because I just love being outside as often as possible. If I had to pick a few favorites, I would say hiking with my dogs, camping, being on a lake when it is warm, or even just sitting in the backyard around a fire.
